I help Women of God transform into who God called them to be through Wellness Coaching and Ministry.

In 2013, Coach B began A Journey Full of Health with a friend that later became a devoted Sister-in-Christ to physically prevent cancer, increase my confidence, lose weight, and emotional/mental discipline. It quickly turned into an online brand and movement.

 

Over the years, A Journey Full of Health has evolved from losing weight quickly into transitioning into a healthier lifestyle permanently.
