Hey Journey Mates, I did the 21-Day Wellness Challenge with Coach Bi. Let me first say it was nothing but fire. I received an in-dept understanding of how the spirit of gluttony works to take us out. How yielding to the Father in the kitchen, corrects and transforms our bodies back to the healthy state it was intended to be in. I learn that in order for our bodies to be the absolutely best temple of the Holy Spirit, you have to allow the Holy Spirit into your space and be intentional about correcting your eating. Emotions was another big topic that was discussed that brought so much perspective on why we eat the way we eat. It was soo much useful information i received on the challenge it's impossible to say it all here. Don't get me started on the fasting section. This challenge was definitely a blessing. If We Haven't Met, I'm Coach B

I help Women of God transform into who God called them to be through wellness coaching and ministry.

In 2013, I did a 21-Day Wellness challenge with a friend that later became a devoted Sister-in-Christ to heal, increase my confidence, and gain mental strength. It changed my life drastically and turned into a it coaching business and brand.


My services and online presence continued to grow until I sought treatment for binge-eating disorder in 2014. In treatment, I experienced extreme guilt when I learned the eating and fitness habits I promoted were not healthy.

 

 Naturally, I stopped wellness coaching and pursued life coaching for a while. Until God brought me back to the wellness industry in 2022 to finish what we started, for and with him this time.

 

Presenting the 21-Day Wellness Challenge to you is a full circle moment and truly a testament of what God can do with our yes. So excited to help you be your best!

WEEK 1

We jump-start the process! This is the most exciting stage! Through eating balanced meals, your system will begin cleansing itself. Having a solid workout regiment will activate the fundamental muscle groups. Using the meal plans provided will take out the overwhelm of what to eat, reduce food cravings, and help regulate your emotions/appetite.

WEEK 2

We develop mental and emotional endurance. At this stage, getting comfortable and revisiting old habits are at an all-time high. The pain from working out has kicked in and the realization of what the journey requires begins to challenge you. THIS IS WHERE BREAKDOWNS & BREAKTHROUGHS HAPPEN. You're going to need the group call & bible study this week.

WEEK 3

This is when your foundation is set! At the beginning of the week you'll be anxious to close out, by the end of the week you'll be excited about the progress you've made, and your new habits will feel much more natural for you. Either way, you'll have the strategies, coaching support, and peer support to keep going.

When does the challenge begin & how does open enrollment work?

In 2025, this program runs on a bimonthly basis. We will have a new challenge in February, April, June, August, October, and December. You enroll by joining the challenge for that month on the check-out page linked below. When the program is closed, feel free to join the waiting list. 

Where will the group connect?

We have weekly group coaching calls and 24 Hour access to the biblical wellness community on Discord.

How will we meet for group calls & bible study?
